That is the question, isn’t it? The reason most people don’t know the answer is because there are fewer tents available than people who want to rent one. For this reason, we make the process to acquire one a little obscure. This tends to weed out the people who only ‘kinda want a tent’ vs. the people ‘who really, really need.

In order to purchase a private party Tent please like our official Facebook page and make sure you are a Valenzano Rewards member.

Towards the end of February (or early March) we will send an email to our loyalty rewards members and post a message on Facebook stating the time and online location of the VIP Tent Sale. Tents sold out in less than 60 seconds last year so you need to try and purchase one as soon as the sale goes live. Members of our VIP loyalty program will receive an early invitation to purchase a WineFest VIP Tent. Free rewards members will receive an email with the date/time of the open sale.
