Join the players of the New Jersey Renaissance Faire for a chilling night of dark tales of classic horror hosted by the master himself, Edgar Allen Poe. Enjoy heart stopping stories told by Poe and his guests while you dine on a sumptuous, three course meal and enjoy the finest wines of the East Coast.
A limited seating of 70 guests will enjoy a private dinner and show in the Winemaker’s Ballroom. Doors open at 6pm with the show starting promptly at 6:45pm. Dinner will be served sit-down style and guests can choose from a selection of entrees listed below. Our regular Thursday Night Dinner Menu will not be available this evening. Parties of 7 or more will be sat a private tables. Parties 6 or less may be sat banquet style.
Baked Brie – Wrapped in puff pastry baked golden brown, drizzled with wild berry infused local honey and served with seasonal fruits.
Flatbread – Butternut squash, caramelized onions, fig jam, goat cheese on artisan flat bread
Atlantic Salmon – Pistachio crusted salmon topped with a maple-balsamic butter
Sweet Potato Gnocchi – Vegetarian homemade sweet potato pasta tossed in a goat cheese-basil cream with sauteed spinach and candied pecans
Airline Chicken – Bone-in chicken breast brined, then seared with a fig-demi glaze
Maple Leaf Duck Breast – Pan seared duck breast served with a cherry-port reduction sauce
