Its a rain or shine event. in fact, it did rain last year for approx. 11 mins. – afterward, an est. 400 guests remained and we cranked up the music, poured some more wine, and celebrated mom a little more damp than we were before =)

Are you going to create an FAQ page? Definitely interested in attending but have a few questions:
    Will there be bathrooms available?
Are the food trucks cash only?
What is included with the $15 ticket price?
Will you share photos from previous years to get a better idea of what to expect?

    thank you!

This is a great event! We have been going for the past 3 years. My only question is, what is the policy for portable tents? I have read on here that they are not permitted, but in the past years I have seen people with them.

Portable tents are an ongoing issue. There are state and local government regulations and insurance insurance issues that require us to not allow pop-up tents. We try to post this everywhere we can and we remind people at the entrance as well; but people still insist on setting them up. It takes a security team to manage this and ask people to break down tents during our events which is awkward and inconvenient for everyone. We know everyone loves their pop-up tent but they are simply not permitted at our events. We encourage everyone that can not take some sunshine to bring a personal umbrella such as https://www.amazon.com/Sport-Brella-Versa-Brella This will serve the same purpose as a pop-up tent and greatly reduce the chances of a tent being blown by a gust of wind and causing a $2,000,000 lawsuit.

I’ve been wanting to come to this for years! Will there be beer sales (or a beer truck) for non-wine drinkers (ahem… my husband)! And can we bring small snacks & drinks for toddlers in a diaper bag? Thanks!

There is no beer at Mothers Day. Outside food is prohibited, as we understand some individuals will bring diet appropriate foods for children present at the event, while that is acceptable – we will confiscate large portions of outside food brought onto our grounds. we will have numerous food options that guests buying tickets to this event can choose from, and understand the restrictions they are agreeing to by purchasing tickets and admission to our event.

Can you call and pay for tickets on the phone? I am not from the immediate area but would like to attend so going there just to buy tickets doesn\’t seem convenient to me.

We have been watching the weather forecast as well. This is not a rain or shine event, as stated above in the event description, on facebook, in our newsletter, and on the back of all tickets that were purchased.
