‘The HeartBeats’ are the areas most versatile, elegant and entertaining dance band.
The band features male and female lead vocalists, a full rhythm section and horn section.The Heartbeats perform all styles of music ranging from the 40′s to today’s most popular hits.

Dinner by Summit Catering includes a culinary feast beginning with Butlered hot hors d’oeuvres, hand prepared by our chef, and served by our white gloved staff.  The salad course will be served at each guest table, with dressing selections on the side.  Next will be a mouth-watering, buffet style dinner, featuring Black Angus, Herb Crusted Sirloin of Beef (which will be Carved to Order), Chicken Piccante (a boneless breast of chicken, sautéed with our chef’s signature lemon, butter, white wine and caper sauce), and Penne Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Jumbo Shrimp, and Asparagus (served in a Rosé Sauce).  After dinner (if you still have room!), each guest table will have Gourmet European Sweets Tray with decadent miniature desserts, pastries, and cookies, prepared by the locally renowned DiBartolo Bakery.”

Complimentary wine tasting will be offered in our tasting room along with a 1-hour open wine bar.  Find a favorite wine, relax in the romantic setting of the Winemaker’s Ballroom.  Our romantic barrel room will be open for private conversations and mingling.
