Groupon Tours will be scheduled every Friday evening (during our Winter Wine Happy Hours) from 5:00pm to 8:00pm until March 16th.
Doors open at 5:00pm. The first tour starts at 5:30. You will be able to join in on tour every 40 minutes so it doesn’t matter what time you arrive. Last tour starts around 7:15 so you want to arrive before then.
Groupon Tours will also be accepted during our Saturday Wine Tours.

Yes!! Groupon never said it was only for Friday nights. I would love to come see and taste your wines but Friday night are almost imposssible. Would you honor it for a saturday or sunday instead? If not, I will have to take a refund. I would much rather come on a weekend though. Thanks!!
Laura – I think Groupon has to give you a refund if you do not use a deal. Or they apply your purchase price to another offer. Check their terms on their website. I hope this helps!
Thank you for posting this. I was trying to get information from Groupon as to when the tours were offered and could not find it. While I would have loved to have taken the tour, I live in Philadelphia and would not be able to take time off to work to drive to your winery for the tour early on a Friday evening. But now that I know of you, I’ll keep you in mind.
When does this expire? I was under the impression it was anytime in the weekend as well

This was not clearly stated in the Groupon offer. Would certainly have taken the tour but Friday evening is out of the question. Would prefer a weekend tour which would be more enjoyable.
I am in the same boat as Laura. I bought the groupon and the fine print mentioned nothing about being valid only on Fridays between 5-7. I work over an hour away and would not be able to make that. Saturdays would work, or a refund would be acceptable. Thank you.
Sorry guys, just got back to my office. I promise you I made it OVERLY clear to Groupon that this was a Friday event. They are apologizing and telling me it was a mistake on their end that they forgot to put the dates on the Groupon ad. They said there would be no problem re-funding customers who purchased the groupon and can not make our happy hour. If you dont want a refund and cant make Friday’s than we will honor the groupon on Saturdays and Sundays from 12-4pm. The tour will be a shortened version but we will give you a personalized wine tasting, anti-pasta platter, and a bottle of our 2008 Merlot (375ml bottle) — a great value for the $10 or $12 purchase price. If you want to come on Saturday just call ahead at 609-268-6731.

Reservations are only required for groups of 8 or more; otherwise just stop in anytime during business hours.

They Happy Happy hour is open to anyone but you must have a ticket to receive your bottle of Merlot and to participate in the Winery Tour. (there is also a 1 purchase minimum to avoid a tasting fee). In other words the Groupon ticket is the way to go. If you missed the groupon opportunity we will a similiar sale available by calling our winery at 609-268-6731. Is the group deal over already? When I click on the link above it takes me to a photography deal. I was really hoping to do a wine tour for my birthday but can’t find anything that is affordable for me. How much do the tours cost normally?

Tony, when you say “some Friday nights” does that mean that since you are now honoring this offer for Saturday and Sunday also, it can’t be used on any Friday? By the way, thanks for offering this! It’s a great deal and we’re looking forward to it!
‘Some Friday Nights’ means during our Winter Wine Happy Hour which is every Friday until March 16th. After March 16 we will not be open Friday evenings. Our goal is to expand the number of days that the groupon can be used. We sold more groupons than we were expecting and we dont want to be so packed during our Friday events that it becomes uncomfortable.

Thank you for extending this Groupon to include Saturdays and through August 2012. I live 1 1/2 hours away and Sat works best for us. Look forward to the visit.

What is the dress code for the Friday night tours?
Dress Code is casual. If you do not have a Groupon you may pay $12.00 at the door which includes a wine tour, & wine tasting. It does not include the free 375ml bottle of wine or cheese platter.

Are there wine tours every Saturday open for the public or just group on purchasers?
Saturday Tours are at 11:00am. You do not need to have a groupon to participate in the tour. The tour fee is $10.00 per person which includes the tour and wine tasting. Groupon certificates also receive a cheese platter and bottle of wine.
Tours are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. This Saturday, March 10th, is currently booked. Our next opening is March 17th. If would like to make reservations please email events@valenzanowine.com with your name, phone number and groupon number (if you are a groupon customer)
